Appleseed EX Video Game and Feature Film
Masamune Shirow's full-CG anime film "Appleseed" has been made into a game!
Appleseed video game developed by Dream Factory and Saga contains an original movie that is only available with the video game and elements which connect it to the new film "Ex Machina," by John Woo Productions. The video game will be available in stores in Japan on Setember 28, 2006 for the Playstation 2, and the animated feature film will premiere in theaters sometime in 2007.
The film based on Masamune Shirow's legendary work, which was in itself like a dream come true for fans, has been turned into a 3D action game. In this first Applessed game, you can become the two main characters, Deunan and Briareos, who are both members of the special team ESWAT, and master the Appleseed world.
